Abstract
In this paper we shall discuss about how with the emergence of Artificial Intelligence especially those of prolific nature, there has been an increment in trepidation among all and how digital technological developments like Social Media Algorithms, Search Engine Operation, Analytical Database tools, Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) and many other digital productions have resulted into both positive and negative outcomes, like AI potentially addresses complex issues related to the advancement of education, improvising health facilities, climatic perceptions and scientific innovative action but there is a major concern regarding data privacy because it was developed with the view of safeguarding personal details of individuals and different associations by empowering them to have a supervisory control on their own data. Along with that the paper also focuses on the impact of one of the finest regulators in today’s modern society, which is ChatGPT whose training database increased its area of parameter from 1.5 billion to 175 billion within a year. However, in the growing digital world major concern has been raised regarding empowerment of Artificial Intelligence and data privacy. This ultimately represents significant conveyance of performance capability by machines similar to that of human intelligence. The paper also highlights about the rights provided by the Constitution of India to its people to safeguard their privacy and safety blending with the recent development of ChatGPT and Open AI. Undoubtedly such advance technologies have been a boom to nation and its people but this fact cannot be denied that it has been an entry pass to various online crimes. Therefore, this usually lacks efficient method of operation with no meaningful signs of guarding or monitoring its aftermath. The conclusion summarises the key ideas covered, emphasizes how important AI is to advance data security and privacy, and call for more research, study and development.
