Illegal Immigrants
Illegal Migrants means the person or the group of people, individuals violate the rules and stay in another country without the legal permission or without the visa passport from proper country. Illegal Migrants basically violating of rights and privileges of a person by freedom of speech, fundamental rights of people who already staying by proper legal permission document.
 
Illegal Migrants with violating the individual rights and making other person’s life in dangerous. Illegal Migrants basically for living a life with safety measures, proper opportunities, respect towards the humanity, work and profession, quality of life, etc.
 
Illegal Migration is the migration of people into a particular country to violates of that country’s immigration laws or the continuous residence in a country without the legal right to do so. Illegal immigration is tended to upwards the growth the person financially or by respect. Immigration leaves in that country without the proper legal document or without proper permission by the country’s rules, government.
 
Many countries or countries people are forced to leave the country and settle in another country for their own live safety, for their own family safety, etc.
 
In 2007, around 140,000 Congolese were forced to leave Angola.[1] Since 2004, more than 400,000 illegal immigrations have been expelled from Angola.[2]
 
No accuracy of many states there are number of people person are living in illegal immigrant’s categories from past many year countries like Bhutan, Bangladesh, Malaysia, etc. In India, several people are living in the illegal immigration without the prior permission of the countries against the rules and laws government.
Illegal immigrants are the foreigners who has no proper document with proper legal entity or original entity there is no valid documents but then also they are residing in India.
 
In India, as per “The Citizenship Act 1955”, An illegal Migrants is defined as the foreigner who enters India without a valid passport or other prescribed travel documents[3]. Illegal immigrants create the huge problem to the country’s people safety, security, and lives. Many illegal immigrants are forced to work in small areas were their lives in dangerous and are exploited into various forms of labour or servitude. There are enormous Acts for the foreigner person to get permit in India or to reside in India by legal permission document or original entity name of that individual.
 
The major role of the government is to safeguard, secure the person of their own country from the foreigners or the terrorist. Several people migrants for the attack and to rule control over the country with their own way of techniques or way of their own convenience, or to make rules and laws for their own benefits, etc. Attacks and creating problems to people of the own Indian residents to manipulate and make those people against their own country.
 
Government must face several challenges among the people and the country security. The disturbance of the internal sovereignty, secularism, security, socio- economic dynamics especially in borders side areas. Foreigners create risk by migrating illegal in the country and in the resources, environment, creates inflation or deflection, creates the competition among society for jobs and leads to social tension. Immigration from rural areas to urban areas also create huge problem and creates the competition for the individual living life or living standards.
 
Main causes of Illegal Immigration.
1.      Better lifestyle.
2.      Respect towards the humanity work and profession.
3.      Quality of life.
4.      Security of life.
5.      Better opportunities
6.      Poverty, lack of economic opportunities.
7.      Environmental factors.
8.      Demand of cheap labour.
9.      Higher wages.
10.  Creates employment.
11.  For the relatives who already live in a country that they are not allowed to enter i.e. spouse.
12.  Exploitation of workers.
13.  Changes in standard of living.
14.  Natural resources.
 
Key points for Illegal Immigration.
          Threats to National Security.
People create threats to person who are already a citizen of India or own country. While migrating the population increases the security or risk of several people life is in dangerous.
          Clash of Interest.
Creates the competition at large scale which impact on the local residence of the country competition for the society.
          Political Instability.
It also increases the political instability when leaders start mobilising the perception of the citizens of the country against the migrants.
          Rise of Military-
The attack against the society or the people whether they are migrant or already citizen of the country.
          Human trafficking –
In recent years, the development of the society the human trafficking is the problem which women & human smuggling have become quite rampant.
          Disturbance in Law and Order –
The rule of law and integrity of the country disturbance the law and order for the people which determines the changes in law or order. Illegal migrants disturbance the internal part of country by migrants who are engaged in illegal and
Anti- National Activities.
There are several Acts related or dealing with the Foreigners or Migrants Foreigners.
·         The Citizenship Act 1955: -
This Act deals with the citizenship of the resident person with the acquisition[4] and with permission residing in India.
Moreover, Constitution of India also provides the citizens rights fore overseas citizens of India or non- residents Indians etc.
·         The Passport (Entry into India) Act 1920: -
This Act makes laws or regulations to prepare “prescribed” means prescribes by rules made under this Act[5] legal formalities for the non-resident of Indians to be the part of resident of Indian Central Government is may makes rules requiring that person entering India shall be in possession of passport.[6]
This Act also deals with the power of the government to remove any person from India without the passport.
·         Foreigners Act 1946: -
This Act empowers the government to take over such major steps or necessary steps to prevent the illegal migrants including the use of force.
This Act had wider scope relating to illegal migrants. Central Government has power to make or investigate for the illegal migrants.
 
Case of Indian citizens who migrates to USA.
The Indian migrants move to USA without visa or passport for the better opportunities and for better life standards to the people. Around 220,000 to 700,000 people migrants to USA from India[7] without documents, legal formalities from the USA.
 
Last year, the Indians came to the USA illegally and reports were filled in the USA and USA remove and ask them to leave the USA. The Indian who illegal migrant to USA moved with other people for their own benefit. The USA provides the asylum to the Indian nation who were migrant to the USA. This was the proper proceeding and laws for asylum process to provide asylum to the people who opted for the asylum procedure. It takes time to get asylum because it is a lengthy and complex with significant blockages in immigration courts.
 
Illegal migrants is a complex and contentious issue all over the country staying without the permission and passport. Increase the pressure on land possession and other resources which are daily basis needs or necessary for human being. Illegal voters conduct the election to make against the own people and hide their own entity, religious discrimination, risk of terrorism. There are several punishments for the foreigners who migrants to India. [8]Like imprisonment of up to 3 years or fine of up to 3 lakhs or both. The most illegal migrants are in Bangladesh and in India and somewhere in Pakistan. The residing person or families were suffered because of illegal migrants.

         Bhutan
         China
         Japan
         Switzerland
         Denmark
         North Korea
 
There is provision in are constitution of India to citizenship from the government by the period or by residing working periods according to the government guidelines and people can apply for visa, passport, citizens of India. There is a particular period which is decided or prescribed by law to be a part of Indians citizens in a legal way with a proper document and permission.
 
Illegal migrants or undocumented migration, involves individual crossing international borders without proper documentation or authorization, posing significant challenges globally, including economic, social and security implications.
 
Illegal migration in context with all over world, creates conflicts between the one country to another country people, or authority. Illegal migration entering another country without the authorised permission and without the visa verification crossing borders with unauthorised routes and against the internal country laws.
 
Examples of Illegal Migration are: -
The famous migrant’s movement with the largest illegal migrants moved. The Great Migration was one of the largest movement of people was in United States History.[10]
 
Illegal Immigration to the United States, illegal immigration to India, during the war at least 10 million Bangladeshis 80% (of those were the Hindus) have crossed India illegal.
 
The Maharashtra (India), has the most immigration in the Indian state respectively[11]. The hardest country to get citizenship or extremely stick and challenging citizenship requirement include Qatar, Vatican City, Bhutan, and Saudi Arabia.
 
The problem faced by the migrants including language barriers, different cultures, difficulties in providing services, housing problem, natural resource, mental health and discrimination, education, legal aid, lack of homes and land, low wages, unemployment, climate change, transportation, etc. Are the challenges to the migrant’s people and for the same society. Permanent resident without knowing or legal entity and without passport, visa or legal formalities, clashes of the job, clashes among authority of the country by each another regarding migrate people, detention, torture, abuse in public society at large scale they struggle to settle down in a particular country with the citizens.
