ABSTRACT
‘‘Citizens are the sculptures of a nation, in the garden of progressive nation youths are the blooming flowers.’’
People are different and diverse, there lies its beauty. But at times their Behaviour will be inconsistent with value system, this might lead to HENIOUS crimes.
 
Since time immemorial this act has been continuing, GWANING from one end of the whole bread. Violence is not only concentrated in urban cities but also to poor inner cities and villages. In order to prevent such criminal acts society needs to indulge in paving way for strategic crime prevention and community safety. By fostering exchanges between countries and cities, using tools for security, access to more worldwide knowledge and encouraging good practice half the way is met, as small changes can go a long way. According to study by dr. Kennedy a small number of high rate offenders commit the vast majority of serious crime in a community and a new framework for deterrence, through which law enforcement and community leaders engage directly with these offenders to deliver particular deterrence messages to them. He also states that for DETTERENCE messaging, groups should be focused rather than individuals.by focusing on each area and understanding background of community to commit crime helps in long run. As some acts might raise out of poverty, unemployment or lack of parenting skills. It could be tackled to a limit if their community conveys a strong and clear standard against violence as they are more effective than legal authorities. Alcohol is another inevitable part of violent crimes, as national council on alcoholism and drug dependence study shows that it is a factor in 40 percent crimes. Therefore, by reducing the number of outlets and higher tax the graph declines.by providing education and raising graduation young children could PERSUE a better life and would be a shooter to know the consequence of actions.
