ABSTRACT:
The parent child relationship consists of a combination of behaviour , feelings,and expectations  that are unique to a particular parent and a particular child. The relationship involves the full extent of a child development.According to this research paper mainly shows the parents' role in child life , parents' mainly improved   life skills have been defined as the talent for adaptive and positive behaviour that enable individuals to deal effectively with challenges in life.Parents can play a pivotal position, mainly inside the existence talent development of Children with Learning Disability. Life abilities of Father and mother have a super impact on the improvement of childrenThe existence skills of father and mother need to be assessed and if want tips may be furnished by using the faculty government to enhance the same. The mother and father must be recommended to adopt a greater responsive fashion of parenting without tending to be too lenient. A mother plays a sizable position inside the physical, intellectual and emotional development of the child and most often detects any deficiencies in those areas. Educated mothers can be capable of stumble on deficiencies within the overall development of the kid and be capable of provoke corrective steps for Development

INTRODUCTION:
Parents are usually the first people a child learns to trust . Parents and families are the most important people in children's lives . The many different relationships people from over the course of the life span , the relationship between parent and child is among the most important and Parents  teach and guide us on the right path and differentiate between b the right and wrong things in life and the  child  Life ability improvement promotes primary education, gender equality, democracy, appropriate citizenship, child care and protection, exceptional and performance of training devices, promoting lifelong gaining knowledge of, fine of existence and merchandising of peace. Life talents can assist one to accept and recognize others who're extraordinary that may improve social interactions, to recognize strain and stress and to maintain emotional stability in all conditions. During the first years of existence, as mother and father guide their young youngsters from complete infantile dependence into the start tiers of autonomy, the role of mother and father is sizable due to the fact their kinds of care giving will have each instantaneous and lasting effects on youngsters’s social functioning in regions from ethical development to see play to academic success and parents talk about your day,make up a story.Share memories and talk about your emotions.Ask your child all kinds of questions,Listen to what they have to say and respond.Do this with child and babies of all ages.This not only help develop their communication skills,vocabulary,curiously and motor Skills,It also lets your kids know they matter and also kids playing together .It develops their cognitive Skills , Physical abilities,vocabulary,literacy Skills,Creativity,and Confidence, when you play together your child also learn to communicate and collaborate and that they are improvement of skills and The government are providing some of schemes that’s name is Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) It was Launched on second October 1975, these days, ICDS Scheme represents one of the global’s biggest and most precise programmes for early adolescence development. ICDS is the foremost symbol of India’s commitment to her youngsters.The ICDS Scheme was launched in 1975 with the following ,To improve the dietary and health status of youngsters inside the age-group 0-6 years,To lay the muse for correct psychological, physical and social improvement of the child,To lessen the prevalence of mortality, morbidity, malnutrition and college dropout,To achieve effective co-ordination of policy and implementation amongst the various departments to promote infant development,To beautify the functionality of the mother to appearance after the ordinary health and dietary wishes of the kid thru proper vitamins and health education

The present study is based on primary data collection by the researcher and the secondary data from books , journals, and online sources. A total of 202 samples have been collected out of which all samples have been collected through convenient sampling method.The independent variables are age, gender, educational qualification,place of living. The Dependent variables are opinions from the respondents of public opinion for capital punishment in india

RESULTS:
In figure 1 represents education qualification of the respondents and To what level do you agree, that you are good at building a healthy relationship and communicating with other parents , most of them response in 24.26% of ug education qualification responses
Figure 2 represent age of the respondents and How capable do you think you are to support your child’s learning at home most of them response 26-30 years age group  of 18.32% response
Figure 3 represent occupation of the red and the what level do you agree that your child is always worried about exams and tests most of them response is based 23.12% on the private occupation response
Figure 4 represents age of the respondents and Do you think has too much academic work even after school and most of the response 26-30 years age group 39.60%  of response

DISCUSSION:
In figure 1 represents education qualification of the respondents and To what level do you agree, that you are good at building a healthy relationship and communicating with other parents , most of them response in 24.26% of ug education qualification responses and they are highly agree of good communicating with other parents because my idea is parents they know that about child
Figure 2 represent age of the respondents and How capable do you think you are to support your child’s learning at home most of them response 26-30 years age group  of 18.32% response and
 
LIMITATIONS:
The major limitation of the survey is that the sample size is 202 since it is not enough to cover the whole population and the sample frame this survey was mainly taken in chennai city.Thus it is difficult to extrapolate to different regions and different populations.The physical factors have a larger impact thus limiting the study
 
CONCLUSION:
Parents are the most important influences in a child's life and the most of the parents gave their answer saying that the central values have not changed much because every parent wishes that his/her children carry out the same values as they Do,Your insights about a child can support a parents role and enhance the child success in both the home and school environment and the effective parents and staff partnership benefit parents, staff and most importantly; partnerships are good of our children
